Sufi Meditation, Healing, & Whirling

Please join us for our Sufi Meditation and Healing sessions on Thursday evenings. Leonardo Stoute "Bapak Waleed" will be leading a traditional Sufi Zikr circle and mediation session with a special performance of the Whirling Dervish dance in the traditional style of the poet Rumi, an important aspect of many Sufi orders. The Zikr, or remembrance, is a ceremony of healing for all those present and even those who only intended to come. Guests are asked to close their eyes, focus on their breath, and join in the chanting if they like. The evening includes a group invocation of blessings and peace followed by a short discussion. Come enjoy the relaxing experience. Refreshments will be provided. All are welcome, including famlies and children. On Thursdays at 8pm, lasts about an hour. Donations appreciated

Peaceful Happy Hour

Friday, August 13th, 5:45 - 7:00 pm | Come try acupuncture with Ellen! Please join Ellen Porter for a new kind of "happy hour" at the end of your week. Ellen will administer small ear acupuncture treatments to all participants that are very effective at reducing stress and enhancing relaxation. It's a wonderful, peaceful way to welcome the weekend!
Fee $10 or two for $15.

Bruno Groening Circle of Friends

A divine power exists and it can heal. Bruno Groening (1906-1959), a simple German man, had very precise, intuitive knowledge of this energy and through his teachings made it freely available to everyone. Thousands of people have been helped by this ancient knowledge. The Bruno Groening Circle of Friends passes on these simple teachings free of charge and offers information lectures throughout the world. The duration of the lecture is approximately 90 minutes. You are invited to attend and experience this healing energy for yourself.

New Moon Meditation

Join Christine Fodor this Sunday, July 11 at 7pm for the next New Moon Meditation. We gather at 7pm and start at 7:30pm. We will talk about the lunar cycles, this month's specific energies, experience a guided meditation and select guidance cards for messages for the upcoming month. Free Reiki Share

With Andrew Anders: A Reiki Share is a gathering of local Reiki enthusiasts to share information, practice techniques, and trade energy. All Reiki students, practitioners, and masters are welcome. Energy workers and anybody interested in learning more about Reiki are encouraged to come along as well. If you are looking to learn more about Reiki, seeking additional practice, or feeling stressed out and would like a peaceful and relaxing afternoon escape, this is the place to be.

Conscious Cinema

Free Movie Friday! You all are welcome to join us for an evening of inspiring film. This month we will be screening "Whaledreamers". The title alone conjures up hypnotic visions of these most magnificent and ancient creatures. This visually stunning film offers an incredible glimpse into a rarely seen and scarcely understood tribal culture whose entire story of creation revolves around whales and has endured for centuries. The film passionately explores the connection between the subtle elegance of these "mothers of the sea" and ancient civilizations around the world whose culture and very existence is based on whales.
